Burntwood Commercial has the services and is available at all times to keep you moving. Our Services We are based in the south Staffordshire area on the border of the West Midlands. We provide a 24/7 - 365 day commercial vehicle roadside breakdown and recovery service. We also cater for cars and light commercial vehicle recovery. Service Standards Our aim is to attend an incident within 1 hour of the call being made to the control room, to be able to diagnose any defect and carry out a full or temporary repair on the roadside in order to get the vehicle mobile and underway immediately. If a repair is not possible on the roadside then we will advise the customer and give a recommendation of costs along with timescales to get the vehicle mobile again. The shorter time your vehicles are immobile the better keeping your business and customers businesses, operating as smoothly and profitably as possible.
